The Muse Method

  • Founded by Kristina Adam, the Muse Method is rooted in ancient feminine practices and methodologies. The week-long journey provides a safe and supportive environment in which participants reconnect with their own inner wisdom, begin healing experiences they are ready to release, and step into a deeper relationship with themselves and their lives.

Designed to be safe, nurturing, and transformative, the Muse Method weaves together practices, workshops, rituals, council, and nature immersion into a cohesive process that supports meaningful and lasting change. Drawing on her extensive background in healing and wellbeing, Kristina guides women with a warm, compassionate approach that honors the wisdom, dignity, and unique journey of each person.

Many women describe the Muse Method as a return to themselves, a journey of remembering who they are and learning to trust themselves more deeply.

  • The Muse Method was created and is led by Kristina Adam.

Drawing on extensive training, certifications, and more than a decade of experience in wellbeing, healing, personal growth, and feminine transformation, Kristina has guided hundreds of women through profound periods of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Throughout the week, Kristina is joined by her carefully selected team of skilled facilitators, who bring their own extensive training and expertise to the experience. Together, they create a supportive environment that allows each woman to feel seen, nurtured, and guided throughout her journey.

The facilitation team uses an empathic and supportive approach to provide instruction, personalized guidance, and meaningful experiences, ensuring that each participant moves through the Muse Method in a way that feels both deeply personal and profoundly transformative. Women leave with insights, practices, and tools that continue to support their growth.

  • Women join The Muse Method from across the world and from all walks of life. Participants range from their twenties to their sixties, bringing diverse backgrounds, professions, experiences, and perspectives.

Some arrive during significant life transitions such as career changes, motherhood, divorce, grief, relocation, or personal reinvention. Others come because they feel successful on the outside yet sense there is something deeper calling them forward.

The Muse Method appeals to women who are seeking meaningful transformation and desire a dedicated space to reconnect with themselves away from the demands of daily life.

Many come searching for greater clarity, confidence, purpose, self-trust, healing, creativity, inspiration, or simply a renewed sense of aliveness.

We warmly embraces transgender women and LGBTQ+ individuals. We believe in the power of diversity and inclusivity, honoring each woman’s unique identity and expression.

  • The Muse Method is intentionally intimate by design.

Participation is limited to 10 women, creating an environment where each participant feels seen, supported, and able to fully engage in her own experience.

This intimate group size is an important part of what makes the methodology so powerful.

  • No, the Muse Method is not psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment.

Rather, it is a transformational retreat experience within a supportive group environment.

Many women find that the Muse Method complements existing therapeutic work by providing dedicated time and space to deepen self-awareness, integrate insights, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

If you are currently receiving mental health treatment or have concerns about whether the experience is appropriate for you, we encourage you to discuss participation with your healthcare provider and reach out to us with any questions.

  • The Muse Method is more than a retreat, it is a complete transformational methodology created specifically for women. Every aspect of the week is intentionally woven into a larger methodical journey. Each moment builds upon the last, creating a carefully sequenced process of growth and self-discovery.

The Method is designed to guide women through a profound process of remembering who they are and reconnecting with the woman they are becoming. With only a small number of participants each retreat, the experience remains deeply personal, intimate, and supportive.

Many women describe it as the perfect meeting point between a luxury retreat and profound personal transformation.

  • If you feel drawn to this experience, we encourage you to trust that feeling.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. You do not need to know exactly what you are seeking or what transformation will emerge from the week.

Often, the women who benefit most are simply those who recognize a subtle inner knowing that something is ready to shift.

If you have additional questions or would like to speak personally before making a decision, we invite you to if the Method is right for you, or schedule a complimentary call with Kristina. Together, you can explore whether The Muse Method feels aligned for where you are in your journey today.

Benefits

  • Through the Muse Method, you will reconnect with your inner wisdom and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself. You will learn to trust yourself more fully, strengthen your intuition, and gain greater clarity around the woman you are becoming and the life you are here to live.

The method creates the conditions for profound healing, meaningful transformation, and lasting change. You can release experiences, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your purpose, and develop greater confidence, fulfillment, and self-trust.

Women often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more empowered, and more connected to themselves. Many describe the experience as a turning point in their lives, one that continues to influence them long after the retreat has ended.

  • The Muse Method helps you develop greater self-trust, deeper self-compassion, and increased resilience with which to meet both the challenges and opportunities of life. Throughout the experience, you will reconnect with your strengths, wisdom, and parts of yourself that may have felt distant or forgotten.

Women report feeling more empowered, more connected to themselves, and better able to move forward from experiences that have shaped their lives. The methodology creates the conditions for meaningful healing, growth, and transformation within a supportive and nurturing environment.

If you have experienced significant trauma, we encourage you to speak with Kristina before registering. Together, you can explore whether the experience feels aligned for where you are in your healing process and whether additional support may be beneficial.

During the Method

  • The week is intentionally designed to balance guided experiences with spaciousness and personal time.

Alongside the Method sessions, there is time to swim, journal, rest, explore the grounds, receive a treatment, or simply spend time alone.

Many women find this balance between connection and solitude to be one of the most nourishing aspects of the experience.

  • The Muse Method is designed to create space between you and the constant demands of everyday life. For many women, this is one of the first opportunities they have had in years to step away from emails, notifications, responsibilities, and the pressure to always be available.

While phones are not prohibited, we strongly encourage participants to minimize digital distractions throughout the week. This allows you to become more present with yourself, deepen your experience, and fully immerse yourself in the transformational process.

Many women are surprised to discover that some of their greatest insights emerge in the moments between activities, when there is nothing to do but be present with themselves.

  • While meaningful conversations and sharing often arise naturally throughout the week, you are always invited to participate at your own pace. There is never any pressure to disclose personal experiences or share more than feels comfortable.

The Muse Method honors the unique journey and wisdom of each woman and creates space for both connection and personal reflection.

  • Many women join the Muse Method having never attended a retreat before.

The experience is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible regardless of your previous experience. There is nothing you need to prepare for and no prior knowledge required. Simply arrive as you are.

  • The Muse Method is designed to meet women exactly where they are. Whether you are completely new to these practices or have spent years exploring personal growth and wellbeing, every experience is approached with care, accessibility, and support.

You are never expected to perform, achieve, or get anything "right." The invitation is simply to participate in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • The Muse Method is intimate, supportive, and deeply nurturing.

Women describe the experience as feeling simultaneously transformative and restorative. While profound healing and growth can occur throughout the week, there is also laughter, beauty, meaningful connection, nourishing food, and moments of deep rest.

The experience is intentionally designed to balance transformation with gentleness, allowing each woman to move through the journey in a way that feels natural and supported.

Structure

  • The Muse Method begins with an opening gathering at 5pm on April 18, the first day of the retreat

We encourage participants to arrive by 3pm to allow themselves enough time to settle into the Masseria before our first evening together.

  • The Muse Method unfolds through five distinct phases inspired by the elements. Each phase explores a different aspect of the transformational journey, building progressively throughout the week.

While every day is unique, the retreat follows a thoughtful rhythm that balances guided experiences with spaciousness and time for integration.

Below is an approximate outline of the daily schedule:

4:00–6:00 PM — Muse Method Session / Workshop
    7:00–8:00 PM — Dinner

While much of the work takes place within the group, each woman is ultimately on her own unique journey. You are never required to share personal experiences beyond what feels comfortable, yet many women find that the presence of other women committed to their own growth becomes a meaningful part of the experience itself.

  • The retreat officially concludes at 12:00pm on the final day. However, we strongly recommend that you schedule an integration day or weekend as unstructured time for yourself. (Please see information below regarding, “What is the purpose of the Integration Day?”.)

Location & Rooms

  • The Muse Method takes place at a private Masseria in Puglia, Southern Italy.

Integration Day

  • Participants often feel profoundly different after completing the Muse Method, as though they are a new self inhabiting a new life. In order to integrate everything you experienced and learned throughout the week, we strongly encourage taking additional time for quiet reflection before returning home.

Our optional Integration Day provides space for rest, reflection, and assimilation before stepping back into everyday life. Rather than rushing home immediately after the retreat concludes, Integration Day offers a gentle bridge between the experience itself and the life awaiting you on the other side.

Women may choose to spend the day relaxing at the Masseria or join an optional excursion to the beautiful seaside town of Monopoli, where there is time to enjoy the beach, wander the historic streets, and experience the slower rhythms of Southern Italy.

Integration Day includes a seventh night at the Masseria, all meals throughout the day, and continued access to the property's grounds and amenities. It may be added to your booking during checkout.

  • Yes, our Integration Day includes an additional night at the Masseria, allowing you to remain fully immersed in the retreat environment before returning home.

You will continue to have access to the accommodations, grounds, pool, gardens, and all of the amenities available throughout the retreat.

  • Integration Day concludes the morning of April 19.

We recommend booking return travel for the evening of or the day after Integration Day so you can enjoy the full experience without feeling rushed.

This gentle transition home allows the insights and transformation of the Muse Method to be more fully integrated before returning to everyday life.
