We gather at Notre-Dame de Conil, a beautiful 12th-century monastery in the Provençal countryside. It’s serene stone chapel will be our home for a day of deep rest, winter rituals, and heartfelt connection.

Kristina Adam is a mother, feminine wellbeing expert, and experience designer. Following a career in the world of luxury design, she spent more than a decade immersed in the study of feminine wellbeing, yoga, astrology, energy healing, massage, and mindfulness.
Today, she guides women through transformative experiences that help them reconnect with themselves and their own inner wisdom. At the heart of her work is the belief that every woman already carries the wisdom she needs.
